Lakelands residents are invited to enjoy a mixed-level yoga class to grow awareness, stretch and strengthen the body and mind, and ground the nerves.
No registration required. Just arrive a few minutes early. Bring a yoga mat or towel and any props you’d like to use.
Sculpt Pop-Up Class
Tuesday, June 9th, 6:00 p.m. at Green Room
Join local fitness instructor Becca Bacaj for a sculpt pop-up class. This mat-based workout combines strength training, core work, and Pilates-inspired movement for a challenging but approachable full-body workout.
